How will meetings be conducted?

All of our meetings are conducted in Mrs. Dirocco's Zoom Classroom. We usually schedule two in-person meetings at BVS per year (also available in Zoom simultaneously for students who cannot attend). Parents are welcome to stay in a designated waiting area. Specific details about each individual meeting will be communicated prior to the scheduled date(s) via the Remind app.

What should I bring to each meeting?

All supplies will be provided for you. We do ask that you bring your own pencils and paintbrushes when needed. Specific instructions will be sent out well before the day of the meeting!

Can I opt-out of some meetings?

Of course, although you'll be greatly missed! All it takes to be an active member of a club is to make a commitment to showing up to as many meetings as you possibly can.
